MPT Landscaping is committed to providing high-quality landscaping services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided in Frisco, Texas.


1. Service-Based Policy

Due to the nature of landscaping services (which involve labor, time, and materials), all completed services are generally non-refundable.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee


Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion

  • We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer to correct or re-perform the service at no additional cost

 

3. Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits (if required): Deposits may be non-refundable, especially if materials (such as sod or mulch) have already been purchased

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposit

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee

 

4. Material-Related Services (Sod, Mulch, Plants)

  • Once materials have been installed, they are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by:

    • Weather conditions

    • Improper watering or maintenance after installation

    • Pre-existing soil or property conditions

 

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if granted) are issued at our discretion and may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service was not performed as agreed

  • Work was incomplete due to our error

  • Billing errors or overcharges

 

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us directly. We will work to resolve the issue promptly before any formal dispute is initiated.
