Welcome to MPT Landscaping. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

MPT Landscaping provides landscaping services in Frisco, Texas, including but not limited to:

• Softscaping (mulching, sod installation)

• Lawn mowing and maintenance

• Shrub trimming and pruning

• Planting and general landscaping services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property conditions.

 

2. Estimates & Approval

• All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the quote

• Prices may change if project scope, materials, or conditions differ from the original estimate

• Approval of an estimate (written, verbal, or payment) constitutes agreement to these Terms

 

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

• Deposits may be required for certain jobs, especially those involving materials

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or additional fees

 

4. Scheduling & Access

• Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

• Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges

 

5. Cancellations

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations may incur a fee

• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased

 

6. Service Limitations

MPT Landscaping is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property

• Damage caused by hidden or undisclosed hazards (e.g., irrigation lines, wiring)

• Lawn or plant issues resulting from improper care after service

 

7. Materials & Installation

• Installed materials (sod, mulch, plants) are non-refundable once applied

• We do not guarantee plant survival due to environmental factors such as weather, soil conditions, or maintenance

 

8. Satisfaction Policy

• Customers must report concerns within 48 hours of service completion

• We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct valid issues

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPT Landscaping shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
